南洋娘惹菜

La cucina Nyonya, è conosciuta anche come cucina “Baba Nyonya”, ha origine dal popolo Peranakan nel Sud-est Asiatico. La perfetta combinazione della cucina di Malacca, la cucina di Singapore, la cusina tradizionale Cinese e la cucina Malese.
La cucina Nyonya combina sapori come il dolce, l'acido, il pungente e leggermente piccante con un gusto forte. Le salse utilizzate nella cucina “Nanyang o Nyonya” sono miscelate con almeno dieci spezie diverse. La struttura gastronomica unica creata dalle spezie uniche del Sud-est Asiatico, dove può essere fatta risalire a 600 anni fa, all'epoca di Zheng He, la prima generazione di immigrati Cinesi che viaggiò verso l'Oceano Occidentale durante la dinastia Ming nel 1408.

Nyonya cuisine, also known as “Baba Nyonya” cuisine, originated from the Peranakan people in Southeast Asia. It perfectly combines Malacca cuisine, Singaporean cuisine, Traditional Chinese cuisine and Malaysian cuisine.
Nyonya cuisine combines flavours, such as sweet, sour, pungent and slightly spicy with a strong taste. The sauces used in "Nanyang or Nyonya" cuisine are blended from at least ten different spices. The unique gastronomic structure created by the unique spices of Southeast Asia, where can be traced back as far as 600 years ago, when Zheng He, the first generation of Chinese immigrants from the Ming Dynasty, made his voyages to the West in 1408.

娘惹菜,也被稱為峇峇娘惹菜,起源於東南亞的土生華人(Peranakan),是由中国菜系和马来菜系合并而成的马六甲菜肴,新加坡菜系,传统中餐以及马来西亞菜的完美结合。
娘惹菜融会了甜、酸、辛香、微辣等多种风味,口味浓重,味道濃郁。“南洋或娘惹”菜所用的香料都由起码十种以上香料调配而成,也是由東南亞特有香料創作出獨特的美食結構的精華,其歷史最早可以追溯600年前,即1408年明朝郑和下西洋帶動的初代華人移民時期。
